Pullman Youth Tackle Football League
The Pullman Youth Tackle Football League is now in its second season. Our mission is
"Helping the Community Youth Through Academic and Athletic Excellence." Both
boys and girls are encouraged to participate. Along with teaching kids the basics of
tackle football, they learn sportsmanship and how to be part of a team. The emphasis is on
having fun while learning skills that translate into other areas of their lives. Playing
sports gives many kids a positive outlet that helps to keep them alcohol and
substance-free. We are supported solely through parent fees, the financial generosity of
many businesses, friends and families, and through fundraisers.

After a successful inaugural season with our third/fourth grade team, we launched a
fifth/sixth grade team this year. The 5th/6th grade team will play in the Lewiston League
and the 3rd/4th grade team will play locally. Practice begins in late August and games
begin in early September with the season ending in late October. A complete schedule of
games and practices will be available on the web site later this summer.

The Pullman Panthers are grateful for the support of the community. Look for our kids
doing their fund-raisers or taking part in the Lentil Festival. For sponsorship
opportunities or for more information about our joining our league, please contact, Janet
Johnson at info@pullmanyouthfootball.com,
